Finance department plays a major role includes financial advisory ,due diligent preparation ,feasibility studies ,financial modeling and restructuring for CTC clients .
The finance department plays pivotal role as follows:

Tax Affairs Department
This department is specialized in taxation, tax planning , dealing with implementation of new regulations .
Main duties of tax affairs department:
Tax planning to guarantee and preventive tax audits .
Minimizing tax risk exposure for all CTC clients.
Training and advising clients to adapt and implement best practices to be in full
compliance with tax regulations .
Deal with tax cases that might affect CTC clients due to tax regulations changes .
Manage and prepare the records and books to be ready for the different tax reviews and audits .

Adv. ahmed Salayta
Ahmed brings over 20 years of progressive leadership experience, through various legal
roles spanning across private sector experience , governmental positions , and self
employed running his own attorney of law .
spent most of his professional career as in-house Governor of the Municipality of Umm Al-
Rasas - Amman.
A lawyer specializing in state security cases,
Ahmed has headed the CTC Legal Department, he is responsible for the
strategic legal affairs and governance of CTC.
LONDON OFFICE
London office is the core reference for CTC in compliance and administration processes ,protocols and evaluation standards .furthermore ,responsible for reviewing our evaluation reports stipulating our reference KPIS .London office is acting as liaison office for CTC linking us with the investment funds in EU ,European Bank and IFC .
